
From time to time throughout the year I run boot camp training sessions not too dissimilar to the outdoor circuit training sessions but condensed down into a 2 week time frame.
This operates on a day on, day off schedule. Week 1 sessions on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday with week 2 sessions on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. The week day sessions are for 1 hour beginning at 7.30am and the weekend sessions again for 1 hour start at 10.30am. These sessions only currently run in Bournemouth and Poole.
The boot camp sessions can be a great motivational tool to kick start you into a new healthy regime and with that in mind I welcome all fitness levels into these classes.
