
Throughout the whole year I run these sessions in both Bournemouth and Salisbury. As the name suggests the basis of this class is centered around your typical circuit training sessions with an emphasis on body weight exercises rather than using lots of equipment. The sessions run in blocks of either 8, 10 or 12 weeks depending on how the calendar falls.
To keep your interest levels high I vary the area we use in Bourenmouth and Salisbury though it generally centres on parks and sports fields. Whilst encouraging people of all fitness abilities to these sessions I would advise that a base level of fitness has been obtained prior to trying this for the first time.
