
For those of you who already are motivated to get out there and do some exercise but require a bit more knowledge and help with the requirements of their chosen sport, then I may well be of some use to you.
Whilst my background is in Athletics, I do have extensive knowledge of many sports and the physical requirements each of these places on the body. Over the years I have helped numerous clients with improvements in their speed, training for a marathon, undertaking their first triathlon, strength building for team sports such as rugby, football and cricket and also helping those in individual sports such as tennis and golf.
Just having someone else’s input into your own training regime can make a big difference in finding an extra 5-10% improvement if not more.
