Mike has been training my wife and myself since 2020 on a regular basis (most weeks). He is thoughtful about our training program, mixing it up enough to ensure it’s not the same routine every week. Would highly recommend him as a Personal Trainer.”
“In a relatively short time Mike has given me back my strength and confidence. With his invaluable help I have sailed through a major operation and built up my strength again afterwards. He pushes you hard, harder than you would on your own but never too hard. Mike picks up very quickly what you need to work on and his extensive experience and knowledge means that you are always working to an individual programme… thanks Mike.”
“Strength and conditioning work is essential in the older athlete in order to maintain performance levels.Mike has worked with me since 2010 with a focus on core strength, stamina and flexibility. As a result I have seen a marked improvement in my strength endurance and a long term back problem has resolved. Mike is a great motivator and makes the toughest of sessions bearable with his sense of humour and constant encouragement.”
“Initially I started using Mike as my Personal Trainer and once I got the exercise bug I progressed to his group circuit classes. Just got to say what a great trainer either 1-2-1 or leading a group. The sessions are tough but fun and also very educational, I’m hooked!”
